Information on contract conclusion regarding distance selling

By placing an order, you as the buyer agree to our general terms and conditions. Our offers are non-binding and while stocks last. We strive to process your order quickly. Depending on the order situation, it can sometimes take a little longer (approx. Two to three weeks).

Minimum Order Value

The Minimum order value at the shop is 14.90 Euro.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices in our shop include VAT.
Shipping and handling are free of charge for orders of EUR 14.90 and higher within the EU.
A shipping and handling fee of EUR 5.00 applies to orders under EUR 14.90.

The shipping costs to third countries are 4 euros, the shipping costs outside Europe are 9 euros.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase contract within a period of 14 days. The period begins as soon as you have received the goods.

If you want to withdraw from your sales contract, please do the following:

• Send us a short email (info@kinderfuesse.com) with your declaration of cancellation and your bank details (if you are dissatisfied, let us know what we can do better!).
• Send us the goods new (so that we can resell them) and in their original packaging to the following address:
  Research team “Children’s Feet-Children’s Shoes”, Dr. Wieland Kinz, Kirchstr. 11, A-6900 Bregenz.
• Tip for returns: Shipments are occasionally lost and you should therefore send the return insured and keep the dispatch note.
• You bear the costs of the return.
• As soon as the goods arrive in Bregenz new and in their original packaging, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account. If the goods are damaged, we will contact you.
